My custom sofa was constructed in the nick of time and Geoff and his son, Ben, drove to Chicago to get it off the manufacturer's truck. They delivered it to my home on a Friday night. Geoff obviously goes above and beyond his General Manager job to offer exceptional service at Sister Bay Trading."
