SISTER BAY TRADING COMPANY HOLDS GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION FOR NEW STORE
Sister Bay (October 12, 2006) A day of decorating workshops and demonstrations will highlight the grand opening of the new store for Sister Bay Trading Company, October 21. Located on 675 Highway 42 on the south edge of Sister Bay, the business is celebrating the opening of their new 13,000 square foot furniture gallery and expanded interior design services from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. “We are thankful to the community for their 20 years of support,” says Marilyn Jensen, co-owner with husband, John. “This is truly a celebration and we invite everyone to stop in to see the new store.” A highlight of the day will be the 6:00 pm drawing for a room of furniture and accessories with a $6000 value. “It’s only one dollar to sign in, which grants you one ticket,” says Jensen. “All proceeds go to the Door County Humane Society. We encourage our guests to register as many times as they wish.” The lucky guest will receive a sofa, chair, cocktail table, two end tables and lamps, rug, two nautical prints and a table arrangement. The furniture and accessories are currently on display on the showroom floor. The celebration includes: The team of interior designers will be on hand to answer questions. The first 100 people in the store will receive a free gift. The new store offers a furniture gallery, flooring design and installation department, interior design center and conference space for client meetings. Home accessories such as lamps, floral arrangements, images and art for your walls, candles and seasonal decorations are available throughout the store.
