"I was obviously enthusiastic about our condo, but less enthusiastic about dealing with the furniture. The very first time we met with Marilyn and her staff at our condo. After listening to our ideas and hearing we had upgraded the carpeting, Marilyn left to pick out carpet samples. When we got there a half hour later, she had all of her recommendations laid out. I was impressed. We were accomplishing something!"
